Classroom on Main Street, has been held in Downtown Bloomsburg and Danville. The program is designed to help high school students interested in pursuing careers in business, marketing, advertising, and retail. The program includes presentations by small business owners on topics such as merchandising, purchasing, budgeting, advertising, and sales promotions.

Additionally, the students tour businesses, collaborating on team tasks designed to encourage them to work together on a project, such as creating a successful promotion targeting a specific demographic group. Finally, students will spend time learning how to prepare for job interviews. They focus on topics such as writing a resume, securing professional references, dressing for the interview, and following up after the interview.

The next Classroom on Main Street will take place in the Spring of 2018. Five students per high school, from grades 10 through 12, are invited to participate. Students need to provide their own transportation, and chaperones are appreciated, though not required. Lunch will be provided.
